Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) & Counselling
At CBT Help, the foundation of my work is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, integrated with humanistic principles. I deeply respect each client's autonomy, ensuring therapy is person-centred. There is a structured framework and every treatment plan is uniquely tailored to the individual.
CBT is an effective treatment but it is not always the best option. If you are seeking help for bereavement I will work in a predominately Humanistic approach, and integrate CBT meta-competencies if appropriate.

Specialist Anxiety Support
I have a special interest in helping people to overcome anxiety problems. With years of experience, I've assisted numerous clients in overcoming different kinds of anxiety. For instance, Generalised Anxiety (GAD), Health anxiety, OCD with subtypes such as POCD. Phobias, such as a fear of vomiting, and fear of flying.
Bladder anxiety, a fear of losing control of the bowels.
Performance anxiety; work related, delivering presentations, and sports performance.
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

My clients are adults who are grappling with the everyday challenges of life. If you're struggling to navigate daily life, I provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your difficulties and develop coping strategies.
